Specifically, the agency's work is accomplished through:
- an analysis of the organizational context of the organization principal;
- the 'identification and definition of the requirements thereof;
- the definition of the profile of skills and capacity of the ideal candidate;
- planning and implementation of the research program of the applications through a variety of recruitment channels

- evaluation of candidates identified through appropriate instruments selective

- the design and delivery of training activities aimed at providing employment;
- assistance during the insertion of the candidates;
