04/10/2007 – Provincia di Trento- Il Consiglio della Provincia Autonoma di Trento, nella seduta del 24 settembre scorso, ha approvato un disegno di legge per il risparmio energetico e la riduzione dell’inquinamento luminoso.La legge mira a ridurre l’inquinamento luminoso e i consumi energetici derivanti dall’uso degli impianti di illuminazione esterna, al fine di salvaguardare il cielo notturno e stellato quale patrimonio di tutta la popolazione, uniformare i criteri di progettazione e proteggere gli ecosistemi naturali e gli equilibri ecologici delle specie animali e vegetali.La Provincia avrà il compito di adottare un piano di intervento per la prevenzione e la riduzione dell’inquinamento luminoso e di definire delle linee guida per la predisposizione dei piani comunali o sovracomunali.
